With a number of automated packing lines, alongside hand assembly, we can provide almost any solution to a clients packaging needs, in terms of style of pack and volume requirments. For new product development and design, we work closely with our clients and can design and implement production machinery and bespoke production lines to meet all ongoing demand requirements.

Our machine capability includes automatic top load carton erectors, end load carton erectors, automatic shrink wrappers, glueing systems, blister packers, pouch sealers, overwrappers, weigh heads, band saw cutting, ink jet printing and automatic label applicators.

With full product traceability, batch code management and fully automatic system generated production reports, inventory levels and order progress information our clients have full, up to the minute, visibility of all factory activity.
